LED generally in accordance with the dominant wavelength, luminous intensity, luminous flux, color temperature, voltage, reverse breakdown voltage, and several other key parameters for testing and sorting. Testing and sorting LED LED production process is a necessary process. Currently, it is a lot of LED chips and packaging manufacturers capacity bottlenecks, but also the cost of LED chip production and an important part of packaging.

1, LED sorting method

LED sorting in two ways: First, the test chip based separation, the second is for testing packaged LED sorting.

(1) chip sorting test

LED chip sorting is very difficult, mainly because LED chip size is generally small, from 9mil to 14mil (0.22-0.35nm). Needs of such a small chip to complete the test micro-probe, sorting process requires accurate mechanical and image recognition system, which makes the equipment cost becomes high, and the test speed is limited. (2) LED sorting test

2, sorting equipment
